广西钦州防汛应急响应提升为二级

　　据气象、水文部门预警，结合广西钦州市城区内涝情况，经组织会商研判，按照《钦州市防汛抗旱应急预案》的有关规定，钦州市防汛抗旱指挥部决定于5月10日9时将钦州市防汛四级应急响应提升为二级应急响应。

　　请自贸区钦州港片区、各县(区)和各成员单位按《钦州市防汛抗旱应急预案》的职责分工要求切实做好各级各行业防汛工作，确保防汛安全。
