　　新华社北京10月15日电  10月15日，全国人大常委会副委员长蔡达峰在人民大会堂会见由主席马胡马佩罗率领的南非国民议会国际关系与合作委员会代表团。双方就中南关系、两国立法机构交往等交换了意见。
