　　新华社北京10月31日电  10月31日，中俄友好、和平与发展委员会中方主席夏宝龙在北京出席第三届“中国与俄罗斯：通向现代化之路”国际研讨会开幕式并致辞。夏宝龙强调，中俄双方要以两国元首共识为指引，落实好各领域既定合作目标和任务。
