办税服务更贴心

　　近日，位于江苏省淮安市的国家税务总局金湖县税务局对办理税费业务的老年人等特殊人群提供“一站式”综合服务。图为税务工作人员主动帮助老人判别办税缴费需求，结合现场情况予以优先办理，缩短特殊人员等候和办理时间，实现服务向精细化、智能化、个性化转变。
