就国会大厦骚乱案 美国法院裁定特朗普不具备民事诉讼豁免权

　　当地时间12月1日，据路透社报道，美国哥伦比亚特区巡回上诉法院当日裁定，前总统特朗普必须面临有关国会大厦骚乱事件的民事诉讼，驳回了特朗普享有豁免权的说法。

　　该上诉法院的一个小组表示，特朗普敦促支持者前往国会时，是以总统候选人的个人身份行事，而美国总统仅在履行官方职责时拥有免受民事诉讼的豁免权。（总台记者 赵淼）
