慈善法完成修改 2024年9月5日起施行

　　12月29日，十四届全国人大常委会第七次会议表决通过关于修改慈善法的决定，自2024年9月5日起施行。

　　此次慈善法的修改，坚持问题导向，积极回应社会关切，对健全应急慈善制度、完善促进措施、规范慈善活动、加强监督管理等作了规定，将为慈善事业健康有序发展提供更加有力的法治保障。
