乌克兰武装部队新任总司令瑟尔斯基发表首次正式讲话

　　据乌克兰媒体报道，当地时间2月9日，乌克兰武装部队新任总司令瑟尔斯基发表了首次正式讲话。

　　瑟尔斯基就当前乌军面临的任务作出指示，并要求加强各类补给的快速供应。此外，瑟尔斯基还就采用包括无人机等新技术手段的作战方案进行了讲解。(总台记者 王德禄）
