近日，25位农民工来到安徽省固镇县人民法院，起诉包工头王某拖欠工资共计23.7万元。法官迅速联系了正在浙江打工的王某，通过示范调解其中的一起案件，将25起案件全部化解在诉前，及时维护了劳动者的合法权益。图为法官到工地调解，农民工签署调解协议。本报记者 周瑞平 本报通讯员 陈 文 摄
