哈马斯官员重申以色列停火前不会进行被扣押人员交换谈判

　　巴勒斯坦伊斯兰抵抗运动(哈马斯)高级官员奥萨马·哈姆丹当地时间12月18日发表声明，再次重申在以色列停止对加沙地带的军事行动前，该组织不会进行任何被扣押人员交换的谈判。不过哈姆丹表示，哈马斯对停火相关的倡议持开放态度。（央视新闻客户端）
