学法时习之丨对校外培训行政处罚立规定则《校外培训行政处罚暂行办法》将施行

《校外培训行政处罚暂行办法》（以下简称《办法》）将于2023年10月15日起施行。《办法》提出了校外培训行政处罚总体要求。规定适用对象为面向社会招收3周岁以上学龄前儿童、中小学生，违法开展校外培训的自然人、法人或者其他组织。要求校外培训行政处罚应当遵循公正、公开的原则，坚持处罚与教育相结合，引导自然人、法人或者其他组织自觉守法，共同抵制校外培训违法行为，营造有利于学生成长成才的良好环境。
