　　据缅甸妙瓦底电视台报道，11月16日，因实施网络诈骗、绑架、非法拘禁、敲诈勒索等犯罪活动，明学昌、明珍珍、明国平三名缅北电信诈骗犯罪集团重要头目在缅北果敢自治区被缅甸警方抓获，此前缅甸警方已对相关人员发布通缉令。(总台记者林曦)
