报告指出

美国公民和政治权利沦为空谈

美国种族主义顽疾贻害深远

美国经济和社会不平等日益加剧

美国妇女和儿童权利遭受持续侵犯

在美无证移民悲惨境遇触目惊心

美式霸权制造人道主义危机

　　

报告认为

美国存在的诸般人权问题

不仅使人权在美国实质上异化为少数人享有的特权

也严重威胁和阻碍着世界人权事业的健康发展
