增强人大监督工作针对性实效性

　　全国人大常委会工作报告显示，一年来，常委会共听取审议“一府两院”22个报告，检查5件法律实施情况，组织开展2次专题询问、7项专题调研，作出2项决议。依法依规办理群众来信来访157212件次。
