今年第16号台风“三巴”生成

　　据中央气象台消息，今年第16号台风“三巴”已于今天(10月18日)生成。14时，其中心距离海南省三亚市南偏西方向约85公里，中心附近最大风力8级(18米/秒)。预计，“三巴”将以每小时15公里左右的速度向北偏西方向移动，强度缓慢增强。（央视新闻客户端）
