北京市导盲犬培训基地成立 符合条件的视障人士可免费申领导盲犬

　　今天(12月3日)，北京市导盲犬培训基地成立，这是我国第二家导盲犬培训基地，目前我国视力残疾人超过1700万人，其中一级、二级视力残疾，且符合相关条件的视障人士可免费申领导盲犬。
