坝上好“风光”（记录中国）

　　工人在安装风机轮毂配件。

　　近期，位于河北省丰宁满族自治县坝上地区的承德丰宁风光氢储100万千瓦风光项目建设有序推进。该项目是国家“十四五”规划的大型清洁能源基地——冀北清洁能源基地的标志性工程。项目建成后，预计每年可生产绿电18亿千瓦时，减少二氧化碳排放约140万吨。
