甘肃省水利厅启动洪水防御Ⅳ级应急响应

　　甘肃省水利厅20日公布，19日16时，省水利厅针对临夏、定西、兰州、白银、甘南5个州(市)水务局启动洪水防御Ⅳ级应急响应，进一步强化工作措施。

　　12月19日14时，水利部针对甘肃、青海、新疆三省启动洪水防御Ⅳ级应急响应。
