　　12月1日出版的第23期《求是》杂志刊发习近平总书记重要文章《切实加强耕地保护 抓好盐碱地综合改造利用》。在这篇重要文章中，习近平总书记对加强耕地保护的重要性和紧迫性作出深刻阐述，提出了加强耕地保护的总体思路和关键举措。
