浙江省人民检察院依法对沈德法决定逮捕

　　 中新网 4月26日电 据最高人民检察院官方微博消息，浙江省人民检察院依法对浙江省建设投资集团股份有限公司原党委书记、董事长沈德法决定逮捕。

　　浙江省建设投资集团股份有限公司原党委书记、董事长沈德法(正厅级)涉嫌受贿、国有公司人员滥用职权一案，由浙江省监察委员会调查终结，移送检察机关审查起诉。日前，浙江省人民检察院依法以涉嫌受贿、国有公司人员滥用职权罪对沈德法作出逮捕决定。该案正在进一步办理中。
