养殖场废水乱排乱放（身边事）

　　我是贵州省遵义市习水县隆兴镇永胜村村民。在村子附近的山坡上，有一家规模不小的养殖场。近年来，这家养殖场一直乱排乱放，粪水从山上流下来（见图），造成严重污染。每次路过粪水横流的山坡，都能闻到臭气熏天。希望有关部门关注并处理此事。
