　　 中新网 3月22日电 据武汉地铁运营有限公司官方微博消息称，3月18日，一名残障乘客乘坐武汉轨道交通未能由特殊通道通行，给乘客带来不便，对此，公司深表歉意。

　　武汉地铁运营有限公司表示，该事件中，该司工作人员现场处置问题不周，未能妥善保障残障人士出行权益。在此，诚恳接受广大网友的监督指正，将持续优化特殊乘客的出行服务保障，欢迎社会各界监督。 ​​​
