10月23日，中国妇女第十三次全国代表大会在北京人民大会堂开幕。党和政府历来重视妇女事业发展，为了促进男女平等、保障妇女合法权益，制定了《中华人民共和国妇女权益保障法》，针对结婚生育、职业歧视、人身权利等领域侵害妇女合法权益的问题，作出了积极回应。一起来了解。
