美最高法院拒绝立即就特朗普是否享有广泛豁免权做出裁决

　　当地时间12月22日，美国最高法院表示，为暂时避免引发政治风波，不会立即就前总统特朗普在“涉嫌推翻2020年大选结果”一案中是否享有广泛豁免权的问题做出裁决。

　　由于最高法院拒绝介入，美国哥伦比亚特区联邦巡回上诉法院将首先审理此问题，并定于2024年1月9日听取口头辩论。(央视记者 刘骁骞）
