　　当地时间2月23日，据路透社报道，美国当日发布制裁措施，对俄罗斯超过500名个人和实体实施制裁。

　　据悉，此次制裁主要针对米尔支付系统、俄罗斯金融机构及其军事工业基地以及未来能源生产等领域。(央视记者 徐德智)
